Frequently asked questions

How long does an Odoo implementation take?

It depends on how many apps you start with and how much of your process is standard. A focused first phase with a few apps is measured in weeks, a full multi-department rollout in months. We prefer starting narrow and expanding.

Can you migrate our data from our current system?

Yes. Customers, suppliers, products, stock levels and opening balances are the usual set. We import into a test database first, you verify the numbers, then we repeat it on go live day.

What if Odoo does not do something the way we work?

First we check whether configuration already covers it, because standard features survive upgrades for free. If it genuinely does not, we build a custom module that extends Odoo cleanly instead of modifying its core.

Can Odoo connect to the systems we already use?

Odoo has an external API, so integrations with payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, shipping providers, government e-invoicing portals and your own internal tools are all possible.

Where is Odoo hosted?

On Odoo's own cloud, on a server we manage for you, or on your own infrastructure if your data has to stay in house. We will walk you through the trade-offs of each.
